Refund policy

At Beyond Driven, we want you to love your gear as much as we do. Since all products are made on-demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@beyond-driven.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you, OR

  • Issue a store credit, depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Any item returned without prior authorization
